Capture apps stop at export. CRMs start at import.
We do both.

One tool from the first handshake to the reorder. Here is what it does, in the order your team meets it.

01 · Before the show

Walk in knowing who to look for.

Set up the show, put your people on the stand and open last year's edition next to it. Who you met, which of them you followed up, and which companies never heard from you again.

Last time, side by side
Leads captured, how many you followed up, companies met.
Untouched since then
The ones worth a stop this time, by name.
Stand, goal, team
Booth number, a lead target and who is on it.
Know before you go
Hours, how to get there, visa rules, who exhibits.
A planned trade show in Trade Show Companion: countdown, booth number, lead goal and team, a briefing on the venue, and last year's numbers with the companies not yet followed up
02 · Day 0 · At the booth

Scan anything.
Then just talk.

Badge, business card or the QR form on your counter, then a 20 second voice note. Out of that comes a written summary of the conversation, the needs as line items with value, a reminder with a date, and an assessment: a score out of 100 with a hot, warm or cold rating, so you see at a glance where this one stands without reading a word. The company research is attached before you reach the next visitor.

Any badge
Every organizer's badge. None of their rental fees.
Business cards
Photo in, contact and company out.
QR form
They fill it in themselves, in five languages.
Duplicate check
Spots your own customer before you pitch them.
The app on the phone after a voice note: an editable summary, the reminder it detected with a date, and a button to save it to the lead
03 · Day 8 · Back home

A prioritized list.
Not a pile of names.

Open the show you just came back from and every lead sits in one list. The assessment as a number and a band, the stage it reached, who at the booth captured it and what it is worth. Sort by any of them, filter down to one person, one priority or one stage, and work from the top.

Every lead is read, not just listed. Notes, emails, quotes and the company research all go into the assessment, and the next step comes out of it.
Numbers you can trust. The needs come from what was actually said, and the value of a quote is read from the document you sent. No spreadsheet in between.
The follow-up cockpit the day after the show: today's follow-ups sorted by priority, each with the next step, the value and a hot, warm or cold rating
04 · Day 30 and beyond

A full CRM behind the booth.
Not a sync button.

Everything about the deal is on one screen. How long it has been running, when you last heard from them, what the quote is worth, what was actually said and what happens next. Nothing to look up before you pick up the phone. That is what makes closing feel easy.

The company, researched
Industry, size, markets and what they sell, on the lead before your first call.
Next steps, suggested
The assessment proposes what to do and by when, out of what is on the lead.
One timeline per lead
Notes, emails, quotes and assessments in order. Whoever opens it is up to date.
Won becomes a customer
Convert the deal. The contact, the company and the whole history come with it.

Ask your CRM. It answers and acts.

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini connect directly through MCP. Read and write, with your permissions, no export.

Who are my hottest leads from Gulfood that have no quote yet?
Two hot leads without a quote: Rashid Al Amri, Emirates Dairy Co., sample shipment, $48,000, and Lena Fischer, Alpenquell, second filling line, $92,000. Both promised follow-ups this week.
Set a reminder to call Rashid on Tuesday at ten.
