The trial is free and needs no card. It runs around your next trade fair. When you are ready, you choose a plan in the app and keep everything you captured. A few features, like the calendar connection, the form builder and API keys, come with a paid plan.
Once a year in advance: $480 per person per year on Team, $420 on Business. Cloud plans are billed in US dollars, self-hosted contracts in euros, excluding tax. Every invoice carries your company details and tax ID and is available in the app. Enterprise pays by invoice.
Everyone with a login in your workspace, including invited people who have not signed in yet. Plans start at 2. You add seats any time, billed pro rata for the rest of the year. Fewer seats take effect at renewal, and removing a person frees their seat. From 11 people, every seat costs $35 instead of $40.

Production data and backups are stored on servers in the European Union, with Contabo GmbH in Germany. Your workspace is kept apart from every other customer. On the self-hosted edition, your data stays on your own servers.
Yes, in the app at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and we do not refund the rest of it. After that you have 30 days of read-only access. You can export leads, contacts and companies to CSV or Excel any time, also during those 30 days.
