Trade Show Companion is operated by Sandstone Systems F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Licence and Registration No. 55415 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
These terms govern (a) your use of the tradeshowcompanion.com website, (b) the free self-service trial of the Trade Show Companion product, and (c) demo requests you send us. Paid cloud and self-hosted subscriptions are governed by a separate written agreement; if you have one, that agreement prevails for the paid service.
Trade Show Companion is a sales CRM built for trade fairs: capturing leads at the booth (including business card scanning and voice notes), managing contacts, companies and follow-ups, and related AI-assisted features. Some features process your content through AI providers (see the Privacy Policy).
Scope. The trial covers one trade fair per company and the product's main capture and follow-up features. Some features of the full product (for example email integration, statistics, forms and order templates) are not part of the trial.
Duration and lifecycle. The trial is free for 28 days. Afterwards your workspace becomes read-only for 14 days (you can still view and export your data and request an upgrade). It is then locked for up to 6 months, after which the workspace and all data in it are permanently deleted.
One trial per company. Each company may use the trial once. To enforce this we permanently keep a minimal signup record (company name, email domain, and your acceptance of these terms with version, timestamp and IP address) even after the trial data itself is deleted.
Accounts and login. Trial login is passwordless: possession of the signup email address is the authentication. Keep that mailbox secure; anyone with access to it can access your trial workspace.
Fair use. AI-assisted features in the trial are subject to reasonable usage limits. We may throttle or suspend a trial that we reasonably believe is abusive, automated, fraudulent, or created for a company that does not exist.
No payment data. The trial requires no credit card and creates no payment obligation. It does not auto-convert into a paid plan.
No entitlement. The free trial is a voluntary offer provided at no charge. There is no right to be granted a trial, to particular features, to support, or to its continuation. We may refuse, limit or withdraw the trial at our discretion at any time.
Your CRM data belongs to you. During the trial and the read-only period you can export it. After the deletion deadlines in section 4 it is permanently deleted and cannot be restored. You are responsible for exporting the data you want to keep in time. Details on personal data are in the Privacy Policy.
AI results. Content generated automatically, for example scanned business cards, voice note transcriptions, company research and lead scores, is produced by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying it before relying on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
You may not use the service to break the law, to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, to send spam, or to probe, overload or disrupt the service. You are responsible for the content you and your team put into your workspace, including that you are entitled to process the contact data you capture at fairs.
The trial is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, limit or discontinue trial features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it for the free trial.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of the free trial and the website is limited to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of goodwill. In particular, we are not liable for loss of, damage to, or incorrect capture of data you store in the trial (including scanned business cards, voice notes and other captured content), for data deleted under the schedule in section 4, or for decisions you take based on AI-generated content. Your remedy for any dissatisfaction with the free trial is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can stop using the trial at any time; you can also ask us to delete your trial workspace earlier than the schedule in section 4. We may terminate a trial for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms. The version you accepted at signup is recorded. If we make material changes during your active trial, we will inform you in the product or by email.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, together with the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is Ajman, UAE.
